Cardiac First Response Community course
Recognised by the Pre-hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC).
Platinum Safety’s half day, fully certified course is the first rung on the ladder of pre-hospital emergency care. It teaches all the basic life support skills for victims of stroke; cardiac arrest; heart attack; choking as well as the relevant legal issues and the administration of aspirin.
It is also a great stand alone course for those working in or near premises considering installing an automated external defibrillator (AED) on-site as well as those who already have one.
Platinum Safety’s cardiac 1st response course contains vital skills required at all the grades of pre-hospital care. A Pocket Face mask, RED card and PHECC CFR manual is given to each student on this course.
There are no prerequisites required to commence the CFR Community course.
This C.F.R. course provided by Platinum Safety is available in Limerick, Cork, Waterford, Clare, Tipperary, Kerry, Galway Dublin and also available on request nationwide
Cardiac First Response Advanced course
Platinum Safety’s Advanced Course, for EFR’s, EMT’s and Paramedics is also available for those who wish to keep their EMT, Paramedic and Advanced Paramedic ‘CFR Advanced’ certification in date.
Those who wish to enroll on a CFR Advanced course must be EFR’s, EMT’s, Paramedics or Advanced Paramedics.
